Eric was quick to respond when we requested an estimate to pour our patio. He was very clear on each step of the process, made suggestions on how to improve on the ideas we had for the space and then stayed in touch with us to see if we had any additional questions. Pricing was very competitive, but it truly was Eric’s attitude of wanting to provide the best possible service and product that won us over. Trust me, he and his crew did not disappoint! If he said he was going to call, he called. He kept us updated on exactly what he would be doing and when. Even as he and his crew were working on our patio, he continued to come up with ideas that added to the beauty of our patio. “We hired Crosstown for a concrete driveway. I'll first say that I'm a Civil Engineer. I couldn't be happier. I provided construction specifications which ended up not being that much different than what they normally specify. They don't just do the minimum, but are very conscientious on quality. Where there were minor differences, they were willing to collaborate and do some small things slightly differently. The communication and responsiveness was amazing. I witnessed much of the work while it was occurring and this team knows what they are doing. I was so impressed in so many ways. “Crosstown did our patio with pavers on 2022 and a stunning job. Now they were asked to replace our front sidewalk. While not a large job Greg the owner bid it two ways- once with pavers and also with concrete. We elected concrete. When you experience real talent as a home owner you have to shout it from the rooftop. Eric Baca who oversees the concrete division oversaw the removal, framing and pour of the concrete. Just four slabs. The icing on the cake is the skill of his artistry in agreeing to edge my sidewalk with California edge. While they do not usually do this he used his long ago skill to give us the most beautiful walk to our home. He did it himself and I am forever grateful. If I could give 10 stars I would. “We hired Crosstown to remove an existing front sidewalk and install a colored stamped patio and parking pad. I would highly recommend this company. Eric was excellent and based on his input changed our color and stamp design with his professional input. The employees were wonderful, professional and each an expert in their individual trade. This was two days of extreme temperatures and the employees continued to keep the project on time. I was impressed. I would have given it a five, but needed to further clarify rmethod of payment for deposit and invoice upon project completion. We love the end result and will hopefully use this company next year for our concrete pad for a storage shed.”
